Obviously, I saw the colleseum, the parthenon, and the forum, and all that other historic stuff, but that’s not what impressed me about Rome. It was the smaller things, like the food, the wine, the marble cobbled streets, and how the people are so expressive and passionate. So, to sum it up, the peak of my Eat Pray Love journey definitely peaked somewhere between my 7th plate of carbonara pasta and 3rd margherita pizza.
